Who I am

What I collect and why

When you sign up through any of my Kartra forms, I collect your name, email address, and where relevant your phone number or payment details. I use this information to deliver what you have signed up for, to send you emails you have consented to receive, and to meet my legal and financial obligations. I also collect standard technical data via cookies and analytics to help my website function and improve.

Who I share your data with

Your data is processed by Kartra (my platform) and Facebook (via the Meta Pixel, used to measure advertising). I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email me at helen@helenbullen.com and I will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

I may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version.
